Opportunities for self development:

For the ident production i am the director this means i am the one who will make the idents look the way we planned it, i am here to basically direct us this is not the first time i am the director in my production group so i know what this role consists of. from the last project we did as a group i felt like went well but i always felt as though i could of done better in terms of directing from the shooting to sitting down with the editor and making sure all the shots and frames where done correctly. in this ident production im going to improve my commutation skills with the DoP and the editor so that the idents can be shot as planned and that we are not just taking any shot that looks nice. 

New Skills:

in this brief i will be gaining better leadership skills so that i am able to lead my team in the right direction meaning that we have a better outcome and that we are not having a problem where one ident is weaker than another helping us to make an equally good suite of ident which the client would be impressed with. 

Multi- skills:

because i am the director i will have to undertake multiple skill such as being able to use a camera. this is when we are shooting i can help out the DoP in preforming the right shots as stated in the shooting script which we both worked on. also having the skill to edit as well, this is that when we are editing the idents i am able to sit down with the editor and go through all the edits making sure that we have the best out come for all idents and not have any that do not meet the standard of the others.

For the ident production i am the director this implies i am the person who will make the idents look the way we arranged it, i am here to fundamentally guide us this is not the first occasion when i am the director in my production group so i realize what this part comprises of.
