To whom this may concern,

i would like to book out the following items from the media department as following:

• cannon eos 700d 
• camera charger 
• 50mm lens
• 18-55mm lens
• 32gb SD Card
• TriPod
• LED lights 

i would to book the following items from the 8th may for a duration of 4 days in which i will return but will need again from the 15th for another 4 day in which then i will return all items once again.
