High, medium or low risks
Who is at risk?
Solution to risks
Who's responsible?
Wires
(there a lot of lights in the green room, which contains a lot of wires lying around the floor)

High

Make sure all the wires are neatly tucked under the green screen or neatly to one side of the room so no one will be able to trip over them

Tables
(tables will be in our way because we are filming the green room, which contains two squared tables)

Low

We need to push the tables to one side of the room, therefore no one bump into them or fall on to the corners of the table

No lights
(we are filming in the dark to create a glow in the dark effect)

High

To have  a small amount of light shining whilst filming

Bags
(because we will be at college whilst we are shooting we will all have our bags with us)

Medium
The people on shoot
Move all our bags to one side of the room or keep them locked up in a classroom so no one can fall over them

Water
(we are shooting in the sports hall where the ground is slippery and in the shoot we need water on the floor in order for the basketball to bounce into it)

High

As soon as we have finished filming the footage that contains water, we need to wipe up the water immediately because someone can slip
